Red light areas in Jaipur

A busy red light area lane in Jaipur in the evening

Short answer. Jaipur does not have one red light area. It has two real ones outside the city, one working lane inside it, and three colonies where people say girls are found but no street exists:

  1. Chandpole — a real lane, walled city, busy after 8 PM
  2. Tilawala — roadside, Diggi–Malpura Road, about 30 km out
  3. Bhojpura — village belt near Phagi, about 43 km out
  4. Mahala — village near Mauzamabad, about 46 km out
  5. Mansarovar — colony, no fixed street
  6. Pratap Nagar — colony, no fixed street

Each one below has a button that opens it on Google Maps. Soliciting, running a brothel and pimping are all offences under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, and Jaipur police raid these places regularly.

Six places in Jaipur are what people mean when they ask about a red light area: Chandpole, Bhojpura, Mahala, Tilawala, Mansarovar and Pratap Nagar. Below is where each one is, what it is really like, and a button that opens it on Google Maps. If you would rather not walk a street at all, that is what we do — our independent call girls come to your hotel room or your flat instead, any day between 11 AM and 4 AM.

1. Chandpole

Girls waiting in Chandpole market gali, Jaipur

Women sit at the windows and in the doorways here, waiting for a man to open the gate. This is the oldest and best known of the six, and it sits near Chandpole Gate and between Khazane walon ka rasta and Bhindo ka Rasta.

It is a working market lane, busiest after dark, and it is tight, crowded and not private. That is the honest picture — people expect a quiet street and find a bazaar. Our own escorts Jaipur do not work this lane at all — they come to your room instead.

Where exactly: inside the walled city, near Chandpole Gate, between Khazane Walon Ka Rasta and Bhindo Ka Rasta. Getting there: Chandpole has its own metro station on the Jaipur Metro Pink Line, open since June 2015, so it is the only one of the six you can reach without a vehicle. When: it is quiet in the day and only busy after about 8 PM.

2. Bhojpura

Girls on a quiet Jaipur street after dark

This red light area in Jaipur is the cheaper of the six and the calmer one, away from the old city crowd.

Bhojpura is a residential belt rather than a bazaar, so there is less foot traffic and more waiting about. People who have seen both usually say it feels less exposed than Chandpole.

Where exactly: in Phagi tehsil on the Malpura road, roughly 43 km south of Jaipur. Plenty of pages online say 50 km; the village record says about 43. Getting there: own vehicle only, there is no useful bus.

3. Mahala or Mahlan

Located near Mauzamabad Tehsil, Jaipur, Mahala is the one that is outside the city rather than in it. Prices here are higher than people expect for a village.

It is a village belt, not a street: the women wait at the houses, not in a lane. You need your own vehicle to get there and back, and there is nothing else around it.

Where exactly: near Mauzamabad, about 46 km out on the Jaipur–Ajmer highway, on the left after the turn. You will also see it written Mahal and Mahlan — same place, three spellings.

4. Tilawala

A small area that is quite famous in Jaipur is Diggi Malpura Road. Tilawala is a roadside spot on the way out of the city rather than a lane you can walk. You will see Jaipur call girl, standing along the roadside wall.

Almost everyone who goes there is in a car or on a bike, because there is no footpath and nowhere to stand about. It is the least private of the six for that reason — you are on an open road.

Where exactly: on Diggi–Malpura Road near Rohini Nagar Phase 2, about 30 km from the city. It is also written Teelawala, and the sting-operation videos call it Manpur Tilawala — all the same road. Of the six, this is the one Wikipedia’s own list of red-light districts names for Jaipur.

5. Mansarovar

Mansarovar is not a red light street at all. It is one of the biggest planned colonies in India, full of ordinary families, sector markets and flats.

There is no one fixed address here, which is why people searching for it never find one. Women move around the sector markets in the evening. If you are looking in Mansarovar you are far more likely to end up with an sex worker in Mansarovar, Jaipur.

Where exactly: nowhere fixed. Mansarovar is a JDA sector colony in south-west Jaipur, one of the largest planned colonies in India. There is no lane and no address to give you, which is exactly why searches for it come up empty.

6. Pratap Nagar

Pratap Nagar is on the airport side of the city, so it is the one people use on the way in or out of Jaipur. Like Mansarovar it is a JDA sector colony, not a lane, and there is no fixed street here either. Use our premium escort services to book a beautiful call girl any day between 11 AM and 4 AM, for any desire you wish to fulfill.

Where exactly: also nothing fixed. Pratap Nagar is a sector colony on the Sanganer / airport side of the city. People pair it with the airport because of where it sits, not because there is a street there.

Those are the six. None of them is comfortable and none of them is private. If you want the same thing without the street, call +91 88548 63354 between 11 AM and 4 AM and a girl comes to you instead.

Other Jaipur places people search for

These names come up on every other list, so here is the honest position on each one.

  • Sindhi Camp — the bus stand area. It gets named next to Chandpole in videos because it is close by, not because it is a separate red light area.
  • Choti Chaupar and Badi Chaupar — two busy crossings in the walled city. Street soliciting, not an area. Both are named on Quora as places to avoid after dark.
  • M.I. Road, Statue Circle, Ajmeri Gate, Bhagwandas Road — main roads where pickups are said to happen. These are also the spots where robbery and extortion complaints come from.
  • Jhalana, Shastri Nagar, Nandlalpur — named on some lists with no detail attached. There is nothing fixed at any of them.
  • Shivdaspura — this one is a mistake everybody copies. The famous Shivdaspur is in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, where workers moved in the 1970s after Dalamandi was closed. Jaipur’s Shivdaspura is a different place altogether: a village in Chaksu tehsil about 26 km south of the city, PIN 303903. If a page tells you Shivdaspura is Jaipur’s red light area near the railway station, it has copied the wrong city.

Before you go, the part nobody writes down. Soliciting in a public place, keeping a brothel and living off someone else’s earnings are all offences under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. Being the customer is not itself the offence, but people picked up in a raid are still detained, their vehicle can be seized and their name goes on a record. Jaipur police raid these places often — in one November 2025 operation alone, eight people were detained in a single night.

The other risk is not legal. Robbery and extortion complaints from Statue Circle, Ajmeri Gate and the Chaupar crossings are common, and they follow the same pattern: money first, then more money. Carry nothing you would mind losing, and do not go alone at night.

Questions people actually ask

Jaipur ka red light area kaun sa hai?

Chandpole is the one people mean when they say Jaipur’s red light area — it is a real lane inside the walled city, near Chandpole Gate. Outside the city there are three more: Tilawala on Diggi–Malpura Road about 30 km out, Bhojpura near Phagi about 43 km out, and Mahala near Mauzamabad about 46 km out.

Is there a red light area near me in Jaipur?

Only if you are in or near the walled city. Chandpole is the single one inside Jaipur itself, and it has a metro station of the same name on the Pink Line. The other three real ones are 30 to 46 km out of town and need your own vehicle. Mansarovar and Pratap Nagar are ordinary colonies — there is no street to find there.

Is it legal to visit a red light area in Jaipur?

Sex work itself is not illegal in India, but almost everything around it is. Soliciting in public, running a brothel and pimping are all offences under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. Being the customer is not the offence, but in a raid you can still be detained, your vehicle seized and your name recorded.

How safe is Jaipur’s red light area?

Not very. The legal risk is a raid. The bigger everyday risk is money — robbery and extortion complaints around Statue Circle, Ajmeri Gate and the Chaupar crossings are common, and they usually start small and grow. Health risk is real too and nobody there will discuss it with you. If safety is your worry, a girl who comes to your own room is a different situation entirely.

What time does Chandpole get busy?

After about 8 PM. In the daytime it is an ordinary market lane and there is nothing to see.

Is Shivdaspura the red light area of Jaipur?

No, and this is the most copied mistake on the internet. The famous Shivdaspur is in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Jaipur’s Shivdaspura is a village in Chaksu tehsil about 26 km south of the city. Pages that say otherwise have copied a Varanasi article and changed the city name.

Is Tilawala the same as Teelawala or Manpur Tilawala?

Yes — one place, three spellings. You will see all three, and the sting-operation videos use Manpur Tilawala. It is the same stretch of Diggi–Malpura Road.
